It’s Fine to Pause and Reflect …

I’m not an Indian, not a Yogi and I’m not a Monk !
First and Foremost, I’m a normal woman who meditate early, every morning and get more focus for the day. Even though I’m not a early bird and often I think, how nice and warm the bed is. I get up because I know how beautiful the pure morning feels. It is still dark sometime , the smell of the air so fresh and crisp and the birds chirping .
An alternate and more positive habit we can adopt is recognizing each day as a gift and a new set of opportunities. Each morning that we awake, rejuvenate, tune into our senses, and prepare to meet the world is another chance for growth, fulfillment, and passage into the zone of bliss.
Changing habits can be easier and more pleasurable than it might seem at first. When each of us realizes that all the positive practices we undertake have a nurturing, harmonizing, and restorative effect on our whole being, it becomes less difficult to get onto this new path. As we experience the enjoyment and discovery that grows with the practice of each new habit, it becomes less difficult to stick to the plan in action. To tune into all the benefits of positives changes we make in our lives, it helps to practice mindfulness, paying close, pointed attention to what we think and feel in each moment, being fully aware of all our senses and our breath.
” So, here we are, at the beginning of a new day”…
